This is a guide framework. Blank steps, image markers, and items to be agreed are preserved for completion; this is not yet a complete set of operating instructions.

A. General information
A.1 Purpose and audience
This document guides users through each ECOMEND feature according to the tasks they need to perform. Audience: cooperative administrators, managers, growing area engineers, primary processing facility engineers/QC (KCS) engineers, cooperative members; consumers (public pages).
A.2 How to use this document
- Find by role: see Appendix 2 for the articles your role needs to read.
- Find by platform: Parts B–H cover the app and web; Part I covers public pages.
- Follow a workflow: Part J combines articles into end-to-end processes.
- For troubleshooting: see Part K.
