• Submit fraudulent or altered data;
• Interfere with platform operations or security.

ECO-MEND reserves the right to:

• Suspend;
• Restrict;
• Or terminate accounts

upon detecting any of the following:

• Data falsification;
• Legal violations;
• Actions compromising platform integrity.

4.1 Transparency Principle

Users covenant that:

• Submitted data accurately reflects actual field conditions;
• Data sources are verified;
• An accountable representative endorses every entry.

4.2

Users bear full legal responsibility for all declared content, production logs, media files, and traceability metrics uploaded to the platform.

4.3

ECO-MEND strictly prohibits:

• Falsification of records;
• Unauthorized modification of system logs;
• Misrepresentation of plot boundaries;
• Any form of traceability fraud.

4.4

Verification mechanisms (Geofencing, Hash Lock, Cross-check, Yield AI) assist in anomaly detection but do not substitute for official physical inspections or independent legal audits.

5.1 Platform Ownership

All rights to:

• Software and code;
• UI/UX designs;
• Algorithms;
• Zero Trust system architecture;
• Yield AI models;
• Data schemas;
• Trademarks and technology assets

remain the exclusive intellectual property of ECO-MEND or its licensors.

5.2 User Data Ownership

Data comprising:

• Farming logs;
• Plot boundary records;
• Production records;
• Traceability history

created by users remain the property of the respective user or organization.

5.3 Processing License

Users grant ECO-MEND a non-exclusive license to:

• Store;
• Process technically;
• Format;
• Synchronize;
• Display;
• And extract data

solely for system operations and traceability verification.

5.4

ECO-MEND shall NOT:

• Sell customer data;
• Commercially monetize customer records;
• Or transfer data to third parties

without prior consent, unless mandated by applicable law.

7.1

ECO-MEND operates as a platform for:

• Data hosting;
• Traceability lookup;
• Data consistency verification.

ECO-MEND is NOT:

• A quality testing agency;
• A certification authority;
• Or a state regulatory body.

7.2

ECO-MEND shall not be liable for:

• Inaccurate information input by users;
• Fraudulent acts committed outside the digital platform;
• Physical alterations of goods post-packaging;
• Third-party breaches or omissions;
• Losses due to events beyond reasonable technical control.

7.3

In the event of technical outages, ECO-MEND will make reasonable efforts to restore services promptly but does not guarantee 100% uninterrupted uptime.
