4.1 Data created by users on the platform remains the sole property of the user or the legally entitled organization.

4.3 ECO-MEND does NOT:

  • Sell customer data;

5. USER DATA RESPONSIBILITIES

Users are legally responsible for:

9. DATA STORAGE & EXPORT

9.2 Users reserve the right to access, export, or edit un-locked data entries.

9.3 Upon service termination, users have the right to export owned data in standard digital formats.

11. INCIDENT MANAGEMENT

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ECO-MEND is not liable for:
