PLATFORM OPERATING REGULATIONS

Welcome to the ECO-MEND platform.
These Operating Regulations set forth the operational principles, participant duties, and data management mechanisms of the agricultural data traceability platform operated by ECO-MEND.
All organizations and individuals utilizing the platform are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to adhere to these Regulations.
1. OPERATING PRINCIPLES
ECO-MEND operates under the principles of:
- data transparency;
- truthful reporting;
- enhanced product traceability;
- data integrity protection;
- and application of Zero Trust security in agricultural data governance.
Role of ECO-MEND
ECO-MEND provides:
- digital technology infrastructure;
- the Digital Passport issuance engine;
- a public product traceability platform;
- automated data verification tools;
- and data consistency audit mechanisms.
ECO-MEND does NOT replace:
- government regulatory bodies;
- accredited certification organizations;
- or independent quality inspection labs.
2. PLATFORM PARTICIPANTS
Platform participants may include:
- Agricultural Cooperatives (HTX);
- Producers and commercial enterprises;
- Farming households;
- Packaging and processing facilities;
- Logistics and distribution partners;
- End consumers;
- and supply chain stakeholders.
3. RESPONSIBILITIES OF SUPPLIERS / SELLERS
Cooperatives, enterprises, or farming units participating on the platform must:
3.1 Truthful Declarations
All data uploaded to the system must:
- reflect actual field conditions;
- originate from verified sources;
- have an identified accountable individual.
3.2 QR Code & Label Management
Users shall only:
- attach labels;
- activate QR codes;
- or utilize Digital Passports
for products originating from:
- registered cultivation zones;
- or verified system batches.
3.3 Farming Logs & Sensor Data
Users are responsible for:
- updating farming activity logs;
- production figures;
- environmental metrics;
- and traceability details
promptly and accurately per actual operations.
3.4 Standards Compliance
Users shall NOT:
- use prohibited agricultural chemicals;
- misrepresent production standards;
- or provide misleading information to consumers.
4. DATA VERIFICATION & ALERT MECHANISMS
ECO-MEND employs key verification components:
- Geofencing;
- Yield AI;
- Hash Lock;
- Cross-check;
- and data anomaly detection
to detect inconsistencies and data irregularities across batches.
Important Notice
These technologies serve to:
- enhance transparency;
- reduce fraud risk;
- assist data verification.
However, these mechanisms do not completely replace:
- on-site physical audits;
- physical specimen inspections;
- or independent expert evaluations.
5. WARNING & VIOLATION HANDLING PROCESS
If suspicious patterns or data tampering are detected, ECO-MEND may execute the following actions:
5.1 Level 1 Alert
- issue notification to administrators;
- request immediate data verification;
- or request supporting documentation.
5.2 Temporary Lookup Lock
ECO-MEND may:
- suspend QR code links;
- pause public lookup pages;
- or display an "unverified data" warning badge
for flagged product batches.
5.3 Account Deactivation
ECO-MEND reserves the right to:
- suspend;
- restrict;
- or terminate platform access
upon finding:
- severe data fraud;
- falsification of records;
- system sabotage;
- or violations undermining platform integrity.
6. CONSUMER RIGHTS
Consumers are entitled to:
- scan product QR codes;
- view digital passports;
- check public traceability metrics;
- and report suspected anomalies.
Displayable Traceability Data
Depending on producer configuration, visible data may include:
- cultivation logs;
- growing zone location;
- harvest date;
- packaging details;
- environmental metrics;
- and associated verification records.
7. COMPLAINT & AUDIT MECHANISMS
7.1
Users and consumers may submit inquiries or complaints regarding traceability data, QR info, or platform anomalies.
7.2
Upon receipt, ECO-MEND will:
- audit system logs;
- cross-verify batch metrics;
- cooperate with the producer;
- and provide a resolution response.
7.3
Complex investigations requiring multi-party coordination may extend processing timelines.
8. SECURITY & SYSTEM SAFETY
Users are responsible for:
- securing account credentials;
- refraining from sharing access;
- not tampering with system architecture;
- not attempting to bypass security or Hash Locks.
Any unauthorized:
- access attempts;
- data tampering;
- or system interference
may be subject to legal prosecution under law.
9. AMENDMENTS TO REGULATIONS
ECO-MEND reserves the right to amend these Regulations to:
- comply with updated laws;
- incorporate technical upgrades;
- or improve operational workflows.
