HTX Chè Sông Cầu: When Tea Hills Get a Digital Passport

From the rolling tea hills of Tân Cương, Thai Nguyen — HTX Chè Sông Cầu is one of the first cooperatives in Vietnam to issue a Digital Passport for each export tea batch, verified by ECO-MEND's 4-Layer Zero Trust system.

The Transparency Challenge in Tea Export

Thai Nguyen tea is famous across Vietnam, but to access the EU market under EUDR standards, HTX Chè Sông Cầu needed to prove transparent cultivation practices — no deforestation, no prohibited chemicals — with concrete data evidence, not self-certified paperwork.

ECO-MEND deployed the full system in 6 weeks: installing IoT sensors across 3 growing zones, training cooperative field workers on the Mobile App, and integrating GIS polygon boundary mapping.

Results After 3 Months of Operation

47 tea batches were successfully issued Digital Passports. Each QR code leads buyers to the lookup page with full information: GPS coordinates of the growing zone, temperature/humidity sensor data, AI Yield-verified output, and a QR Lock security seal. Not a single figure can be altered after locking.

ECO-MEND is more than software — it's proof that foreign buyers genuinely trust. For the first time, I can tell my German partner: scan this code, you'll see exactly where every leaf of tea came from.
